1. Purpose of Partnership

The Partner is invited to join Home by Milestone as a recognised architectural partner. This is designed to promote collaboration, visibility, and engagement in a curated space focused on sustainability, innovation, and high performance in the built environment.

2. Use of the Exhibition and Collaborative Workspace

The Partner may use the facilities during official opening hours for the following purposes:

• Hosting client project kick off and design review meetings

• Exploring exhibitor stalls and collaborating with suppliers

• Making use of shared café seating and informal meeting areas

• Booking seminar or event space at preferential rates (subject to availability and approval)

Partners are expected to use the space respectfully and in a way that supports the shared mission and does not interfere with the experience of other users or paying exhibitors.
There is no charge for becoming a Partner however in return for use of the facilities, Home by Milestone would like for Architects to promote the centre to their clients and be an active part of the Partner, Member and Visitor community. This means regularly visiting the centre throughout the year, either hosting clients or attending/contributing to the events schedule.

3. Space Access and Etiquette

The Partner may not use the space for general commercial purposes unrelated to architectural practice. All activities must support meaningful engagement in line with the Showroom’s ethos. Home by Milestone reserves the right to revoke access if the space is used in a way that undermines other exhibitors or the integrity of the space. Access is limited to official showroom opening hours, which will be published and updated periodically. Outside of these hours, no access will be granted unless by written agreement.

4. Website Recognition

All active architectural partners will be listed on the Home by Milestone website as recognised collaborators. This listing is intended to highlight their alignment with the showroom’s values and purpose. Dedicated partner profiles or promotions may be available by separate arrangement.

5. Professional Conduct

Partners must conduct themselves with professionalism at all times and act in a way that supports collective collaboration, innovation, and care for the showroom space. We reserve the right to remove any partner who no longer aligns with the standards or spirit of the initiative.

6. Events and Bookings

Seminar rooms, meeting rooms, and event spaces can be booked in advance at preferential rates. Bookings must be approved and may be subject to additional terms. Repeated or extended bookings are subject to review to ensure fair use for all partners and exhibitors.

7. Insurance and Responsibility

Architect partners are responsible for their own professional conduct and any client or guest they bring into the space. Home by Milestone accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or incidents that arise from external visits unless caused by proven negligence.

8. Confidentiality and Data

Any confidential discussions, documents, or data shared within the showroom environment must be treated respectfully and not disclosed without consent. Home by Milestone may use general photographs of the space and people using the space for marketing purposes but will not disclose sensitive details without permission.

9. Health and Safety

The Partner must follow all health and safety protocols while on site. This includes adhering to any building-specific guidance and ensuring that clients and guests do the same. Any accidents or concerns must be reported to the showroom team immediately.

10. Term and Continuation

Partnership is ongoing until either party decides to withdraw. Home by Milestone reserves the right to review and update these terms. Continued participation implies acceptance of any updated versions.
